Returns and Exchanges

All our items are made-to-order just for you! Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. 

Refunds

We gladly accept cancellations within 4 hours of purchase.

Damaged Items 

In case you receive a damaged product or one with some printing error, we´ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. 

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

If a product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged product to hello@quotesandcompany.com, and we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. 

Please note: No refunds or exchanges will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if ordered the wrong size or color, Quotes and Co will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
